Meet with others interested in Reiki and experience a short trial of self-healing. We will discuss together holistic methods and mindfulness in every day life. This will also include 'Reiju', a temporary Attunement which will allow you to try Reiki for a while. Experience some energy work, breathing techniques, meditation etc.
